Returns Policy

At Elebash Jewelry Company, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your online jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are pleased to offer you options for returns:

Return Eligibility

For items under $1,000: You can request a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

For items over $1,000: You may request an exchange or receive in-store credit within 5 days of receipt.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Items that have been sized, altered, engraved, damaged, or specifically marked as “sale” or 'non-refundable' are not eligible for return.

Before initiating a return, we encourage you to contact us at (850) 432-5136 to discuss your concerns so that we can ensure your satisfaction, regardless of your chosen course of action.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Authorization: To start the return process, please email us at info@elebashs.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This unique number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please note that RA numbers are valid for up to 10 business days.

  2. Preparing Your Return: Package the merchandise securely, including the original vendor packaging, receipt, and email confirmation of your RA number.

Please note that Elebash Jewelry Company is not responsible for lost packages. Therefore, we strongly recommend insuring your shipment for its full retail value and requesting delivery confirmation through your chosen carrier.

For merchandise valued at less than $500, you may use any shipping carrier. For merchandise valued at more than $500, we recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail, as UPS and FedEx do not insure jewelry shipments exceeding this amount.

Processing Your Return

Upon receiving your return, our quality control department will inspect the merchandise. Items displaying signs of wear, engraving, resizing, alterations, damage, or those marked as “sale” or 'non-refundable' will not be accepted for return. Returns lacking a receipt or improperly packaged will also be ineligible.

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for the return process to be completed.

Shipping Policy

At Elebash Jewelry Company, we are delighted to provide exceptional shipping options to enhance your shopping experience on elebashs.com. Here's a concise overview of our shipping policies:

1. Free Overnight Shipping For orders exceeding $500, we offer complimentary overnight shipping to destinations within the Continental United States. Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to PO boxes. For orders under $500, a flat fee of $25 applies for 2-3 day shipping.  Larger or heavier non jewelry items can require extra shipping fees.

2. Quick Shipping  In most cases, your items will be shipped within 48 hours or two business days. Our commitment to timely service means we strive to ship items on the business day following your order placement. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Additional Considerations

  • Occasionally, order and payment processing may require up to 24 hours, which could result in a slight delay in shipment.
  • Should your order necessitate alterations such as sizing or engraving, please allow for a time for shipment. We take pride in crafting customized items to perfection.

4. Secure Delivery  To ensure the safety of your valuable items, we exclusively utilize shippers that specialize in shipping jewelry.  Each of these companies mandate a signature upon delivery, providing added security. We kindly request that you make suitable arrangements for someone to sign for your package upon arrival.

5. Stay Informed Once your order is dispatched, we are happy to provide you a tracking number via email upon request,  enabling you to monitor your shipment's progress easily.
